Welcome to Visionary SEO Heatmap, a product of IMET Rike («Company», «we», «us», «our»), based in Arendal, Norway. By purchasing or using our browser extension (the «Software»), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General Terms and Third-Party Processing The Software is sold for a one-time fee of $9.99. All transactions are handled by our third-party Merchant of Record (e.g., LemonSqueezy, Paddle, or Gumroad). By purchasing, you also agree to their respective terms. IMET Rike does not store or process your credit card information.

2. License and Intellectual Property Upon payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. All code, design, and intellectual property rights remain the sole property of IMET Rike. You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Software.

3. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMET Rike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of SEO rankings, website traffic, or revenue. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the Software ($9.99).

4. Disclaimer of Warranties The Software is provided «AS IS» and «AS AVAILABLE.» We do not guarantee that the Software will be compatible with future browser updates or that the data provided will be 100% accurate. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge) that may affect functionality.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. You agree that any legal dispute must be resolved in the courts of Norway. Any claim must be filed within six (6) months of the purchase date, or be forever barred.
