Refund Policy

At IMET Rike, we strive for high-quality software. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via instant download, we maintain a strict refund policy.

1. Finality of Sale All sales of the Visionary SEO Heatmap are final. By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree that you gain immediate access to the digital content and therefore waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/EEA consumer protection laws.

2. Exceptional Technical Issues Refunds are only considered if the Software is «Dead on Arrival» (fails to launch) due to a verified technical bug.

• Deadline: You must report the issue to privacy@imet.no within 48 hours of purchase.

• Cure Period: You must allow IMET Rike 30 business days to attempt to provide a fix or workaround before a refund is processed.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances We do not offer refunds for:

• «Change of mind» or «I no longer need it.»

• Incompatibility with experimental or outdated browser versions.

• Dissatisfaction with SEO results or data interpretations.

4. Third-Party Processor Rules As your transaction is managed by a third-party (e.g., LemonSqueezy/Paddle), any approved refund will be issued back through their system according to their processing timelines.
